*Requirements:* Legal entity, operating agreements, and other relevant documents must be provided. We can advise you prior to consulting your legal team. For smaller projects, we handle all legal formations in-house. Investor relations include:

- Answering investor questions

- Regular calls to ensure investor comfort and security

- Providing reports as needed

- Holding monthly meetings/updates after production wraps

Our accounting services are tailored to your project's transaction volume.

Included are:

- Daily transaction monitoring and assignment

- Weekly cost reports

- Year-end 1099 distributions

- Monthly financial reports

For larger scale projects, on-site office staff training is included. 

Our agreement remains non-exclusive until financing is secured. Once financed, the use of our accounting services will be mandatory. We may provide partial funding, in which case our fee will apply to the financed amount only, not the total project budget. Financing options may include a combination of equity, debt, and soft money, depending on the specific project requirements. Each project will be negotiated individually to address its unique needs.
